vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Need help moving last post information

I can figure out how to move the words "Last Post" above the last post information but can't figure out how to move the actual last post information (the thread title and author name). Can someone please help with this? Please see the attached screen-shot to get a better idea of what I want to do.
