Ok, hired a programmer who got it running for us in 4.13pl5 and it's working really well...

We also added legend, so members knoew what the balloons meant ..

Now, a question ...

We want to change the "No Avatar" graphic to one we use on our site when a member has no avatar. I substituted the "noavatar.png" in /images/misc/dcMembermap subdirectory with our PNG file, but it's still displaying the old graphic?

I flushed vbOptimize, cleared by cache, reloaded my page, but it's still the old graphic.

Edit: Never mind.. fixed the problem ... looking in wrong area for PNG storage ...
