Hello,

I followed the importer instructions but when I go to admincp/thanksimport.php I get

Database error
The <forumname> Forums database has encountered a problem.
Please try the following:
Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
Open the <forumname> home page, then try to open another page.
Click the Back button to try another link.
The <forumname> forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
Post Thank You Hack 7.4 was installed on 3.8.2 and then the forum was upgraded to 4.1.x and running the importer does that but gives no other information.

Please assist
