vBulletin's Navigation Manager leaves a lot to be desired, it is a complete mess. Click to edit the Arcade tab again but just save the settings, it should take you back to the Navigation Manager index and all the arcade links should now appear....you'll then need to remove the / from each of the links you added (sorry that was my error )
