Well if you're only changing the text look in search in phrases ...

ACP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in phrases

Scroll down to "Find and replace in languages"

Top box enter prefix and bottom box enter status.

I do suggest not scrolling down and doing the find and replace right away, I recommend searching "Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name" in "all products" first to make sure there aren't any you don't want to change.
