vBFoster doesn't make any changes into the admincp, There's a wrong paths issue in your forum, You need to make sure that you've /core in your forum URL to let vBulletin load the css files.

this is where your pacjage is placed, i used the autoconfig script do deal with the correct paths when installing beta 10

does your script rely on any MYSQL version ?, are your queries compatible with MySQL Version 5.5.23-55 ?
