I've never used it, but there's this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=280052 that sounds like it logs quite a few things. There's also this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=232636 . There may be others.

If neither of those log the info you want, and you're specifically interested in logins, I think that could be done with a pretty simple plugin by writing the info to a file.
