How do I place a tall vertical ad under the blog side bar?

The standard 160x600px "wide skyscraper" ad doesn't look right contained inside the blog side bar. So I'd like to put one below it, centered and slightly spaced away from it. If possible I'd like to just move the "ad_blogsidebar_end" outside of the sidebar and below it.

So I'm a bit of a novice. How would I do that? Which template do I edit. Using vB 4.2.\
