Poll bug

Hello,

I've a problem with my polls. Indeed when I create a poll for topic with an ID X, the poll created is named as poll ID Z. So the polls are refering to bad topics (mainly older topics).

Updating the forum to the 4.2 version didn't changed that. What is the solution ?
