Admincp --> Styles & Templates --> Style Manager --> Style Variable Editor

(NOTE: Write down or screenshot the values before you change them!)

Search for:
doc_width
set: Units - blank
set: Size - auto

Search for:
doc_margin
set: units: px
set: use top value "no"
set: top - 0
set: right - 50
set: bottom - 0
set: left - 50

(you can set those margin ones to whatever you want.. that will create the spacing along the left/right of the forum)
