In Europe, there is a new law since last month.
This law tels me to inform my members that there will be a cookie installed on their PC.

How can i make my forum so that members have to agree or disagree that there will be a cookie placed on their computer?
What does the cookie of my forum do exactly? (Have to inform members what it does)
