yes i can see them and its shows up ,, admincp : Attachments > Search > View Most Popular Attachments

the attachments still there and linked to their posts but i cant see them in the posts & threads !! i only can see them in admincp

the proplem solved .. !!

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

the version of attach.php in packages/vbattach was not for vb4.1.11 !!!!
so i replace it >> i can see the attachments now
