My brother (jfeely) is helping me with this. We went into manage products and found that we needed to 'enable' your add on, because it looked like this: (View "manage products" attachment)

After enabling it a window popped up saying that we needed to enable the other "Lance for Hire" items as well. Once hitting okay, and they were all enabled, we refreshed and tried to register as a new user. Now on the register page, it ONLY had a subscription drop down box, and no place for the user to sign up or put any information in... (View "register page issue" attachment)

Do you know why this would happen? How do we get the fields back for a normal registration page, but still have the subscription box?
