Thanks for the fix Disco_Stu.

I have freshly installed 4.2.0 PL 2 (Default theme),
Everything is working fine without editing any codes in the plugin.

But when I was using 4.1.11 it didn't work.

If you want to get rid of the "Sub-Forum" heading then comment out or delete this line of code at the top of forumhome_subforums.

I still see "Sub-Forums" on top of all the listed sub-forums.

To add the forum or sub forum icon at the top of a thread do this.
