Hi,

On my forum I have a setup whereby normal members below 100 posts cannot use the PM feature until they exceed this number

I'd like to be able to allow all users regardless of their usergroup PM restrictions to be able to both receive and send PMs to the moderator and administrator usergroups.

Is this possible within vBulletin? I created a new usergroup for the over 100 posts members but below can only receive regardless of who sent it.
