simply open up adobe photoshop or whatever you use, use the zoom in and highlight a clear part of a button with the color on it not the text, copy and paste and drag it until the text is filled up, than use arial i believe and write the text you want

if it doesnt fit extend the button by highlighting around 10 pixels of it in width and copying to the side selected, its very very easy.
