I still had a problem. The support of my managed root server told me that:
"/usr/share/php/data/Net_GeoIP/data/GeoIPCity.dat" because of this problem which i posted here a few days ago:

"Warnung: geoip_record_by_name(): Required database not available at /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIPCity.dat. in [path]/usermap.php (Zeile 100)"

What must i (or the server support team) do to solve the problem?
