After it post:

The following code adds an extra area to: User Profile Fields -> User Profile Field Manager

find

"$vbphrase[options]: $vbphrase[other]"

replace with

"$vbphrase[options]: $vbphrase[other]",
"$vbphrase[options]: $vbphrase[extra_options]"

find

5 => "$vbphrase[options]: $vbphrase[other]",
add under

6 => "$vbphrase[options]: $vbphrase[extra_options]",
