I am starting up a forum with a controlled user database. The users will be controlled once a day by having the database of allowed users sent as a dump either via ftp or a mail.
Can this be uploaded into VB database as a plugin or does this need to be done on server level?
Is it possible to have a blank login screen, so that only logged in users can see the frontpage of the actual forum?
Is this also done via a plugin?
Are these plugins available or do they need to be written?
