Unfortunately until you have a license you are not allowed to post in our "Paid Services" Requests forum.

You will need to find a quote by coders on other websites- Search for various "webmaster" or "admin" forums and you will find forums that allow the discussion of forums and have areas to hire coders. Make sure you do your research before hand, don't hire anyone without references.

There are also "freelance" type sites out there you can google for to find people able to help with vBulletin sites.

vBulletin themselves offer a professional install service but for the forums or suite only- you will still need to find someone else for the mobile suite if you buy that.
