what is this in the admin manage products:

On my test site all products have NO in this column, am I missing a setting do you suppose?

The forumdisplay uses the small icon... Are you using the uploader or just inserting the same image path into all 3 fields?

I'll see if we can force a resize but as its a 40x40 and theres a lot of them, keeping file size down seems important too
