I'll try and think of a way to mark it as adult. Maybe a little 18+ that's watermarked on a corner of the thumbnail on the fly. I'm thinking about making it an option to not show the text below the thumbnails and put that text in a mouseover hover. That way you get more image bang for you webspace buck

the 18+ thing in the thumb sounds good. I'm sure you can use it as an overlay without using much more webspace. Also would there be an option for admins to create preset categories and the users would need to upload their pictures/art in there, instead of them making all their own little galleries?
