Hi guys (and gals)

What is the fastest way to give all moderators the ability to ban users?

Currently my moderators can't ban users and that is unfortunately pretty counterproductive as I would like them to be able to nuke spammers at will. It's a bit overwhelming to leave on the shoulders of the administrator alone.

The closest thing I've found is:
Usergroup Manger > Edit Moderators > Administrator Permissions > Can Moderate All Forums (is Super Moderator)

However, I'm not sure that is correct....
