Is it possible or has a modification been created which allows for multiple users to have owner permissions on a thread?

For example:

User05 posts a clan related thread, along with him User 02 is an owner of the clan too, is there a way User 02 could also edit the thread as if he posted it even though User05 did?

I don't want them to be able to moderate the whole section, just able to modify selected threads.
