To find a template, you can go to the settings and temporarily set "Add Template Name in HTML Comments" (under General Settings) to Yes. Then view the html source of the page you're interested in and you should be able to figure out which template you need to change.

As for the adminCP, it generally doesn't use templates so it would probably require code modification.
