For a specific forum, I need everyone who posts on there to get instant notification when their thread gets updated. I need no way of getting unsubscribed to it too.

A specific usergroup will also be notified when a thread is made in that forum automatically.

Basically this specific forum is a support forum that I'm using as a ticket system. Users are unaware of subscribing to a thread so I need them automatically subscribed only for that thread. Threads on that forum are hidden to normal users but is visible to admins and the person who has created the forum.
