For your first question, you can place banner with ease in vb with the built in Ad Manager. If you want to display the ads in additional other places you can do so by either entering the code manually in the appropriate templates or use one of the other ad mods in the Mod Section.

For the second question, I haven''t seen such a mod that you want, but you can request one to be made for you at the Paid/Unpaid Request Forum.
