You just need to add this code to your header template:

	<div class="ad_global_header">
		{vb:raw ad_location.global_header1}
		{vb:raw ad_location.global_header2}
	</div>

In the default VB style it is only 2 lines up from the very end of the header template- above the following code:

       <hr />
</div>
