Hello all,

Can any one tell that how can we find the id of those forums who are using vbseo like if i am going to a category
TvShows chat by default it will show me like this
www.mysite.com/forumdisplay.php?f=185
where 185 is the forum id
but when using vbseo it shows like this
www.mysite.com/tv-shows-chat/ how can i find the id of such forums please help?
