I know this guy's post date (long time ago) prolly means he will never see my reply to his message and stuff, so I'm hoping someone else here that is good at coding can answer: does this "hack" make it so that the default number of smilies showing on the regular reply screen shows ALL the smilies on your board (rather than the current show 15 (board default value) smiles that exists now?)

If so, exactly where do I place this coding? Which "header template" do I put this in...?
