Please be patient with me - still a newbie, but enjoying every moment lol

I have attached 3 pics: forum view, admin view and index view

I have one problem now: The colors do not work to the user group.

I have tested with new members and put them under the right user group, but they do not show in color....

Can some kind sole help please.....
