In fact it's not a very difficult to code hack but I suggest you double check the coder's expertise before applying such a hack into your side.

The problem is: what you requested requires user HTML inserts and file uploads (pictures etc.) and these can cause very dangerous security breaches if coder doesnt really know what he is doing. An open door for hackers..

Even if you use such a hack, I strongly suggest you requesting/using moderation of user's pages before they are published on your site. This should include edit moderation too..
