vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Tags does not show in threads and posts

I have the tagging option in vBulletin options enabled.
I also have the permissions for it's use in the usergroups enabled.

When I go to my admin CP>threads and posts> there is no tags link for me to go to as the vBulletin manual shows.

Any help would be most appreciated.
