I've installed vB at localhost and I can see all banners.
vB: 4.2.0
PHP: 5.3.8
without vBSEO

The liveforum does not display a banner.
vB 4.2.0

Is there a user with installed vbseo and can confirm the error?
Or is the PHP version the problem?
I don't no ...

The deactivated Plug-in- / Hook-System show me no result.
