vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Single header background image at 100 percent?

Can someone please tell me how to display a header background image at 100% so that the height and width adjust accordingly to a users browser size? I know this can be done with multiple tiled images but that isn't what I want/need to do.

If it can't be done, can someone please explain why not?

Any help would be appreciated.
