Was just looking at the database tables for activities in vBulletin 4.2.0 and jReviews (Joomla). I'm too rusty to try programming it now but it looks quite easy to take the stream from jReviews and append it to vBulletin's activity stream. That assumes that your users are the same using a bridge such as jFusion.

If one can create that mod (and perhaps even extend it to other Joomla extensions), one can do away with Jomsocial and run all of that through the vBulletin suite! Wow!
