Yes, with N placeholders one below another such as:

<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />
<!--@vbbanners:0--><br />

Where N is the number of the banners you want to show at once. Of course, you need that number of banners on that location, too
