I'm running VB 4.1.12

A few weeks ago we had the white page issue and found the problem was some code that had been inserted in the footer we fixed it by removing the code. Then it happened again, so we just restored from a backup of the template. Now we are having an issue, almost every morning the following error shows up, we continue to restore from the backup but the error keeps showing up, almost daily every morning.

The problem isn't so much to how to fix it as we just restore the template, but how can we prevent it from happening or what is making it happen?
