Converting SMF 1.1.x to vBulletin

Hi.

I want to convert my Simple Machines Forum to vBulletin.

Now I want to ask some thing to be sure to do this:

1) is it an easy or difficult process?
2) are there some problem about users' password?? Like they have to change their password after converting or similar?
