I suggest you reply to to your potential customers in a polite way and if there are features that are missing from the alternative free product, you think about implementing them to generate sales. If you're going to sell a mod extremely similar to a mod here at vbulletin.org that works with the current version, I suggest you outline the benefits that make it better.
