Great job. Here is my short review about the theme.

Things which i liked:

Color Scheme
Footer
Top Bar
Nav Bar

Things that needs to be worked on IMO (Opinions may differ)

Postbit
Matching the header & the forum, header doesn't go well with the forum layout IMO..

May be something like this?

Also, i am not able to minimize the sidebar?

Other than that, everything looks good. Good luck with your themes
