Due to the fact that we have over two dozen mods, it's sadly not possible for us to keep up to date with vBulletin.org 100% of time time - especially when you edit in questions to a post that originally contained none.

The only way to receive an answer is to either post a new post, or (preferrably) post in our Support forums, since we have much better control over issue handling there
