I put it in debug mode and ran it again...



But it still shows "Waiting to be Drawn".
To manually draw a raffle, go to ACP->Raffles->Edit Raffles. Click on the Raffle Name. Then click Manually Draw Raffle.

So far as the error goes, I would have to see the complete settings for that raffle to duplicate the problem. I would also need the version of vBulletin you are running.
