You can already resize the width of the textblock via stylevars. The height is purely based on the height of the slider (left and right content) or the amount of content (top content). Opacity is hardset, but I could possibly add that as a stylevar as well.

As far as the prev/next and all that, its in the plans for v3, which I am planning to be a major overhaul of the entire thing.

I will say its in the design stages, and I hope to be in the development stages sometime soon. It'll probably still be awhile before its ready though, unfortunately.
