1 & 2. Have fixed this now with a bit of a comment about the map, and moving the forum list above the fold

3. Yes these are paid. It may be a hobby site, but i still need to cover costs

4. When i upgrade to 4.x i intend to improve the visuals a bit so will try and mix in with the banner.
When i view it, the banners dont extend past, will have to spend some time and figure out what is happening.
