That's not default vbulletin code- No way of knowing where that text is stored.

Go to Admin CP -> Settings -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Template Names in HTML Comments -> Yes

Then reload the page and view the HTML source... There will be HTML Comments saying what code comes from what template.

Find the text and find out what template it is coming from.

Then view that template- the text is either directly in the template or more likely in a phrase that will be referenced bu that template- either way the template should give you your answer.
