I've come across several add-ons that allow you to display share buttons for threads, as well as Like options for threads. But I am looking more for something that allows me to post share options for the individual posts so that when someone replies to a thread with great info, that post can be shared. I'd also like to make the thread itself available to be shared and liked as well, but I'm much more interested in having each post open for Likes and Shares.

Does anyone know of a 3.8x modification that achieves this? Or maybe one that is a good starting point that can be customized to work this way? As I said, with all of my searches, I've only found ones that apply to the entire thread.
