As was said please post in the mod's thread, this is not a support forum.

That said make sure all files have been removed besides just uninstalling the product file.

Also manually check your plugins, see if any relating to the chatbox still exist after uninstalling. Admin CP -> Plugin Manager.

In some file or some plugin there will be a reference to "mgc_cb_evo_permissions" - there has to be.
