I would like to see this for both vB 3 and 4 if possible...

What I would like is a hack, that at a predetermined interval, would reset users to the eMail confirmation usergroup. Then the next time that user logs in, they would first have to verify their email on the site. It could be as simple as a pop up that shows their email address and asks them if it is accurate or not, and if not takes them to the change email page.

It should have a feature to opt out specific usergroups.

I think this could go a long way to minimizing email issues from dead accounts.
