1 & 2 I don;t know what those are.

3 - yes you can add latest poll to the CMS Widgets or Forum Sideblock

4 - Yes, built in option called "User Profile Fields." You can make them required or optional, public or private, and visible on registration or not.

5 - Yes you can also choose whether each new option is visible and searchable on the member's list

6 - I don't know of any off hand, not my thing.

7 - Fairly easy. There is a "Style Generator" that lets you pick colors with a simple WYSIWYG interface for basics.
